Hubei Deep Sea Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd.


Hubei Deep Sea Sports & Culture Co., Ltd. was established on September 28, 2022. The company is located in the Qingji Industrial Park, Yangjiachang Town, Gong’an County, Hubei Province, with a total investment of 200 million RMB. The project covers a total area of 112 mu (74,500 square meters) and features a planned total construction area of approximately 51,000 square meters. The entire industrial park is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.
The Hubei-based company’s project plans to annually produce, develop, and sell high-end water sports equipment made from composite materials such as carbon fiber, including 100,000 oars/dragon boat paddles, 20,000 surfboards, 60,000 hydrofoil sets, 20,000 stand-up paddleboards, and 1,000 dragon boats. Once the project park reaches full production capacity, its annual sales revenue is expected to reach approximately RMB 350 million. Currently, the first and second phases of the project have already been put into operation. The company now employs nearly 300 people and holds 3 invention patents and 19 utility model patents; it currently has 3 invention patent applications pending.

Our company has relocated from Guangdong to Gong’an County, Jingzhou, through investment promotion. Since 2005, we have been engaged in the production of water sports equipment, and over the past nearly 20 years, we have accumulated extensive technical expertise and gained valuable experience in production and operations, along with a stable base of international customers.
For the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, our company’s surfboard products have been provided for use by multiple Olympic national teams. Additionally, our hydrofoil equipment has been designated as the sole globally authorized manufacturer for the newly added windsurfing hydrofoil event at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Development History


2005
In 2005, Suli Composite Materials established its headquarters in Heshan, Jiangmen.
2012
2012 - The headquarters relocated to Xinxu Town, Huizhou. - In response to customer needs, a branch factory was established in Thailand.
2015
2015 - Merged the Thai plant into the Huiyang facility, vigorously promoted paddleboarding in China, and collaborated with local governments and sports bureaus to organize paddleboarding events, averaging 5–7 events per year.
2016
2016 We launched our own paddleboard brand, “404,” and established “Mahalo Sports Club” at the “Dameisha Yacht Club” and “Xichong, Shenzhen.” This makes us the first club in China whose primary focus is paddleboarding.
2018
2018 - Launched our self-developed water sports propulsion brand “Umi-Emotor” and provided dragon boat paddles to multiple dragon boat teams across the country.
2019
2019 - Obtained national certification as a High-Tech Enterprise; the surfboard was designated as the sole supplier for the U.S. and French national teams’ competition events at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
2020
In the new windsurfing hydrofoil event added to the 2024 Paris Olympics, Speedo has been designated as the sole manufacturer of hydrofoil equipment.
2022
2022 - Established a presence in the Qingji Industrial Park of Gong’an, Jingzhou, Hubei Province, investing 200 million yuan and occupying 112 mu (74,500 square meters) to build an industrial park for water sports equipment.
2023
2023 Awarded “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative Enterprise” by the Ministry of Public Trust, and designated as a “Paddleboard Equipment Cooperation Partner” by the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau.
2024
2024 - The first and second-phase factory buildings have been completed. In addition to expanding the existing production lines for oars, hydrofoils, and boards, we’ve also added new lines for marine boats, dragon boats, kites, and accessories, gradually perfecting the infrastructure of the water sports industrial park.
2025
2025 – Optimize production lines, stabilize overseas sales, and fully accelerate the coverage of our own brand “Qin Shui.”
